Here, the journey is part of the experience: the pavement ends, you drive along the beach, and everyday life starts to feel a little farther away.

YOUR FRONT-ROW SEAT TO THE OCEAN

Start with sunrise coffee on the deck and the sound of waves below. Follow the private dune access to the beach for a morning walk, sandy adventures, or a full day by the water. Back at the house, settle into the dune hammock, gather on the dune patio, or enjoy the sea breeze from one of the many porches.

With the ocean close and your home base just over the dune, beach days can unfold at your family’s pace.

The main living area pairs beautiful Atlantic views with a welcoming place to reconnect. Share meals, linger over a board game, or relax after a day in the sun. The well-stocked kitchen makes cooking for your group easy, whether it’s a pancake breakfast or a favorite family dinner.

A second living area on the middle level gives everyone room to enjoy their own downtime. The ship’s watch and screened porch offer even more places to find your favorite vacation spot.

Enjoy sunny afternoons at the private beachfront pool, with the tiki bar adding a little extra vacation fun. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, head to the bar and game room for shuffleboard, darts, and axe toss.

Five bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for up to 13 guests:
• Three king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom
• One queen bedroom with a private balcony
• One bunk room with twin-over-twin and twin-over-full beds

The home includes 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, giving families and groups room to get ready and settle in comfortably.

• A 4x4 vehicle is required. Access includes driving on the beach and unpaved sand roads.
• The private pool is seasonal; please confirm availability for your dates.
• Pets are not permitted.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Fireworks and outdoor fires are prohibited.
• Enjoy wild horses from a respectful distance; never approach or feed them.
• Arrival directions and door access information are provided before check-in.
